Q. I can’t/don’t wish to pay with PayPal. Can I pay with my card?
A. Yes you can. Once you got to your basket, click “checkout” instead of “checkout with PayPal”.
Q. Can I purchase over the phone?
A. Yes you can, however there will be a £5 administration fee.
Q. I live locally to Chester. Can I purchase in store?
A. Yes. Although you are advised to call in advance to check stock availability.
Q. I can’t find my remote control on your website. Can you get one for me?
A. All the remote controls we have are as viewed on the website. If yours does not appear, it may have been discontinued. However, you can purchase a conversion kit from the remote controls section of the website. This adds another receiver to your control box which allows you to use the two new remote control handsets supplied with the receiver. See the “instructions” tab on the menu bar for installation instructions.
Q. Will my new remote work straight out of the box?
A. No. You will need to programme the new remote to your motor. Instructions will be supplied, however more detailed instructions with photos are available for some of the remotes that we sell on the “Instruction” tab on the menu bar.
Q. I can’t find the item I need on your website. Can you get one for me?
A. Due to the now limited range, we are unable to source any spare parts that are not already available on the website.
Q. Are you the manufacturer?
A. No. We are a Henderson Supercentre which means we are an independent retailer selling Henderson products.
Q. Do you have any stores outside Chester? If not can you recommend one nearer to me?
A. We only have one showroom based in Chester. As an independent company, we do not have any information about other companies.
Q. When should I expect my order to arrive?
A. Typically your items should arrive within 2 working days. However please allow up to 5 working days before querying. If you are especially anxious to ensure that your order has been received by ourselves please call.
